Our Founder

Matthew Seaton, the founder and Senior Project Manager of Clarify Change Consulting, brings over two decades of extensive experience in supply chain and operations management. Holding an MBA in Strategic Planning & Change Management, Matthew has a proven track record of embedding targeted and proactive systems, consistently delivering substantial gains in operational efficiencies and strategic planning initiatives across various industries.

Matthew's expertise lies in assessing a business’s current state, developing tailored solutions, and leading transitions to achieve organisational goals. Over his career, he has held key positions such as Senior Project Manager, Group Operations Manager, and General Manager. In these roles, he has demonstrated exceptional leadership in executing technological change management projects, enhancing operational and financial efficiency, and improving compliance and operational processes.

In addition to his technical prowess, Matthew has significant experience in organisational change and business development, including growth and acquisitions. His approach is characterised by a keen attention to detail, strategic vision, and a commitment to delivering results that exceed client expectations.
